The service
Roadmapfy provides project management, agent coordination and release tooling, including an MCP server that AI coding assistants use to read and update workspace data on your behalf.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the API keys you mint. Each workspace is billed separately. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Billing
Pro is $49 per workspace per month, billed annually at $588. A 7 day free trial requires a payment method and converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Agent and AI usage beyond the $10 monthly allowance is billed at published per action rates when overage is enabled.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the API, attempt to access other workspaces, exceed rate limits, or use the service to violate law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You own your workspace data. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and display it to run the service, including sending relevant content to the configured LLM provider when you use AI features.
Agent actions
Actions performed by AI agents through your API keys count as actions by your workspace. Scope keys carefully and revoke any key you no longer trust.
Availability and warranty
We aim for high availability but provide the service as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel anytime in billing settings. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced through the changelog before they take effect. Continued use after that point means you accept them.
